From Our Family to Yours
SFH is a family owned business in beautiful Northern Utah, where we grew hemp in the fresh mountain air and rich soil, free from pesticides. We provide compliant, Full Spectrum Cannabidiol (CBD) that gives you all the benefits available without the psychoactive effects. CBD is one of many cannabinoids found within the hemp plant. In humans, we all have a endocannabinoid system which interacts with multiple systems in our own bodies.
What You Should Know About CBD
What's the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Industrial hemp and marijuana both derive from cannabis. According the 2018 Farm Bill, anything below 0.3% THC is considered industrial hemp, and anything above is marijuana. Imagine it like a pepper. There’s many kinds, but all have their own unique flavor, shape, and size. This is no different from cannabis, but instead of spice, you have different cannabinoids. CBD and THC are only two of 120+ cannabinoids found within cannabis.
Will CBD get me "high"?
NO! CBD will not get you “high”. The component found in cannabis that gets you “high” is called THC. Even though full spectrum means it contains trace amounts of THC, it is NOT ENOUGH to get you “high”. Thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018, anything with less than 0.3% THC is considered industrial hemp.
What's the difference between Full Spectrum and Isolate?
Isolate REMOVES all other cannabinoids, except for CBD. Full Spectrum contains ALL benneficial cannabinoids. We at SFH believe the human body needs these other cannabinoids including CBG, CBC, CBN, and even THC in small amounts. As research continues on cannabis, we are excited to see what else this amazing plant can help us with.
Can I use CBD for my pets?
YES! CBD can be used for pets. Just add some tincture to their water or squirt some into their mouth.
